Employees no longer see the ability to work mobile as a perk. They demand it! Here’s how you can accommodate them.

Millennials are expected to make up 50% of the global workforce by 2020 (source). From what we know about millennials, while they are on the job search they will surely be considering what potential employers can offer them in-return. Telecommuting, the ability to work remote or be mobile, whatever you want to call it, companies will need to consider how they can accommodate these needs without risking worker retention, letting team disassociation occur, or fostering low or anything below peak productivity.
